Before work starts
If you cancel a paid service before we’ve started work on it, you get a full refund. No questions asked.
Shopify theme files ($49)
Theme files are digital products delivered by download. Once they’re delivered, they can’t be returned. If the files don’t work and we can’t fix the problem within 7 days of delivery, we’ll refund you in full.
Theme + installation ($68)
Full refund before installation begins. Once installation has started, we won’t refund, but we’ll fix anything that isn’t working as promised, free of charge.
Full customisation (from $268)
Full refund before work begins. After work starts, if you cancel, we refund the part of the quote for work not yet done and keep the part already completed. You keep everything delivered so far.
Monthly services (Meta Ads, AI Agents)
Monthly fees are billed in advance and aren’t refunded for the month already started. You can cancel before your next billing date, as explained in our Cancellation Policy. Ad spend paid to Meta is between you and Meta, so we can’t refund it.
360° Strategy
Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the kickoff session. Once the strategy work has been delivered, it can’t be refunded.
If something goes wrong
If we don’t deliver what we agreed in writing, tell us at support@digitaltribesco.com. We’ll first try to make it right. If we can’t, we’ll refund the affected part of the fee.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Razorpay, in the same currency you paid in, within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it. To request a refund, email support@digitaltribesco.com with your name and payment reference.
