Digital Tribes provides digital services. We don’t sell or ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges and no courier involved.

When the clock starts
Delivery times start once your payment is confirmed and we have what we need from you, such as store access, your logo or product details. If we’re waiting on something, we’ll tell you right away.
Delays
If something on our side might delay delivery, we’ll let you know before the deadline with a new date. If you didn’t receive a delivery email, check your spam folder, then write to support@digitaltribesco.com.
