Our services
We offer Meta advertising, AI chat agents, Shopify store setup and marketing strategy. Before any paid work starts, we confirm in writing (usually by email) what is included, the timeline and the price. That written scope, together with these terms, is our agreement with you.
Prices and payment
Prices on the website are in US dollars. Clients in India may pay the equivalent in Indian rupees. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. Unless your quote says otherwise, one-time services are paid in full before work starts and monthly services are billed in advance each month. Taxes are added where the law requires.
Ad spend and platforms
Money spent on Facebook and Instagram ads is paid by you directly to Meta and is separate from our fees. Platforms such as Meta, Shopify and WhatsApp can change their rules, review ads, or limit accounts at any time. We follow their policies carefully, but we can’t control their decisions and aren’t responsible for them.
Results
We work hard to grow your sales, and we share honest numbers along the way. Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, like your product, pricing, market and budget, so we can’t guarantee a specific result unless we agree to one in writing.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, the access we need (such as ad accounts or your store) and timely feedback. You confirm that the content, products and claims you ask us to promote are legal and that you have the rights to them.
Ownership
Once you’ve paid in full, the deliverables we make for you belong to you. Third-party items such as Shopify themes, fonts, stock media or software stay under their own licences. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information private and only use it to do the work. We are happy to sign an NDA on request.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for issues caused by third-party platforms.
Ending our work together
Either side may end ongoing services as described in our Cancellation Policy. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
Governing law
